1 Who can use KopiReel

In short: Adults aged 18 and over. One person per account.

• You must be 18 or over.
• KopiReel is made mainly for property agents.
• Each account is for one person. Don't share your login.

2 Plans, listing videos and credits

In short: Plans come with listing videos and credits. They have no cash value and can't be transferred.

Plans come with listing videos. One listing video gives you a listing video in every shape. Credits pay for AI extras, such as your AI presenter (+6 credits), and for extra listing videos (6 credits each) once your plan's listing videos are used.

On the Monthly plan, one credit costs about S$1.65 (S$99 for 60 credits). Yearly and bigger credit packs cost less per credit. All prices are in Singapore dollars.

How credits work

• You always see the credit cost before you click Create.
• Checking your script is free. You only spend credits on the final video.
• If a video or photo fails to make, you are not charged.
• AI scenes in tours and reels cost 1 credit per 2 seconds, or 1 credit per second when you're on screen.
• To start a guided tour or makeover reel, you need at least 24 credits in your account.
• Credit packs don't extend your plan. If your plan ends, you can still spend pack credits on Free-plan features.
• We use the credits that expire soonest first, and remind you before any credits expire.
• Expired credits can't be brought back.
• Credits have no cash value and can't be moved to another person.

3 Billing and auto-renewal

In short: Monthly and Yearly renew automatically until you cancel. The 3-Month Pass doesn't renew.

• Monthly renews every month until you cancel.
• Yearly renews every year. Cancel any time before it renews.
• 3-Month Pass is paid once. It does not renew, so there's nothing to cancel.

How to cancel

1. Open Account

   In KopiReel, go to Account.

2. Plan & billing

   Tap Plan & billing.

3. Cancel plan

   Tap Cancel plan. There are no fees.

• Cancel any time. You keep paid features until the end of the period you paid for, and your credits stay until they expire.
• Upgrade from Monthly to Yearly any time. Your new year starts that day and your unused credits move to the new end date. The rest of your month isn't refunded.
• You can move from Yearly to Monthly when your year ends. Plans can't be paused.
• If you cancel and come back later, you pay the price at that time.

4 Refunds

In short: Full refund of your first plan payment if you ask within 30 days. No conditions.

• If you ask within 30 days of your first plan payment, we refund that payment in full, with no conditions. Later payments and credit packs aren't refundable.
• If the AI clearly gets it wrong, tell us within 7 days and we'll give back what it used.
• If a video or photo fails to make, you are not charged.
• Other payments aren't refundable. This includes unused time on a plan.

5 Price changes

In short: We'll tell you at least 30 days before a new price applies.

If we ever change prices, we'll tell you at least 30 days before your next renewal. The new price applies from that renewal. If you don't want it, you can cancel before then.

6 Your content

In short: You own the videos and photos you make.

• Post them, run them as ads or put them on your website.
• You give us permission to process your material only to provide the service.
• We never show your videos in our own marketing unless you say yes.

7 Listings and photo rights

In short: Only advertise listings you're allowed to, with photos you have the right to use.

Each time you add a listing, you confirm that:

• You have the owner's consent to advertise it. Get it in writing, by SMS or in another way you can prove.
• You have the right to use every photo, video and brochure you add.
• You follow the terms of the listing site you took it from.

Never remove someone else's watermark.

8 Your face and voice

In short: Only use your own face and voice. No deepfakes of other people.

• You may only make a voice clone or AI presenter of yourself.
• You consent to us and our providers processing your face and voice to make your videos.
• You can withdraw that consent any time by deleting your voice clone or presenter.
• No impersonation, and no deepfakes of anyone else.

9 Your ad responsibilities

In short: You're responsible for following CEA's rules in every ad you post.

KopiReel helps you follow the rules. But you, the property agent, are responsible for your ads. That includes:

• The 5 identifiers: your name as on the CEA Public Register, your CEA registration number, your agency's name, your agency's licence number, and your CEA-registered phone number.
• Owner consent before you advertise a property for sale or rent.
• Accurate images that show the actual unit as it really is. Staged or makeover images must be clearly labelled as illustrations.
• An AI label when AI changed or improved how a property looks. KopiReel adds an "AI-generated" label by default. Keep it on.
• Sourced claims: if a video mentions rental yield, returns or price trends, say where the figures come from and the time period.

Your agency must also check your ads. Follow its process before you post.

10 Fair use

In short: Use KopiReel honestly and legally.

You must not use KopiReel to:

• Make false or misleading content
• Make illegal or hateful content
• Remove other people's watermarks
• Misuse the service, for example by trying to break, overload or copy it

If you break these rules, we may remove content or suspend your account. See Ending your account.

11 AI limits

In short: AI can make mistakes. Watch every video before you post it.

• Check prices, sizes, names, captions and translations.
• If the AI clearly gets it wrong, tell us within 7 days and we'll give the credits back.
• You decide what to post, and you're responsible for it.

12 Other platforms' rules

In short: When you post to YouTube, TikTok, Facebook or Instagram, their rules apply too.

• Posting to YouTube means you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. The Google Privacy Policy also applies.
• TikTok's terms apply when you post to TikTok.
• Meta's terms apply when you post to Facebook or Instagram.

We don't control these platforms or their rules.

13 Done-for-you services

In short: Our team can make or post videos for you. You pay the credits used plus a service fee.

• We redo it at our cost if the AI clearly gets it wrong.
• You pay for changes you'd simply like, such as a new angle, pace or script. These are re-made with your credits.
• Cancel free any time before we start.

14 Changes to features

In short: We may add, change or retire features. We'll give notice for anything you've paid for.

KopiReel keeps improving, so features may change. If a change affects something you've paid for, we'll tell you first.

15 Limits on our liability

In short: We take care with the service. We're not responsible for what you choose to post.

Our total liability to you: [limit to be set by our lawyer].

Nothing in these terms takes away rights that Singapore law says can't be taken away.

16 Ending your account

In short: You can close your account any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

• To close your account, go to Account, then Delete account, and confirm. See what happens next.
• We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms. For example, if you post misleading ads or use someone else's face or voice.

17 Singapore law

In short: These terms follow Singapore law.
