Videos with AI-made or AI-changed scenes show a small 'AI-generated' label. It's on by default. We strongly suggest you keep it on.
The Government gave a written reply to Parliament on 25 February 2026. It said agents should tell buyers when AI was used to alter or enhance property images or videos. CEA is also reviewing its rules on AI in ads.
Your name card shows the 5 details CEA asks for in every online ad. Fill it in once and it appears on every video.
We label your numbers the way CEA's guidelines ask: 'CEA Registration Number' for yours and 'CEA Licence Number' for your agency's.
Every video ends with a 3-second contact card: your photo, your name and a WhatsApp invite.

Your agency must check your ads under CEA's rules, and may have its own rules for social media. Follow your agency's process before you post.
