Makes photos brighter, cleaner and sharper, and fixes colours. Nothing in the room changes.
Tick "tidy" to also clear small clutter, like cables, bottles and papers, with AI. The furniture stays. A tidied photo is labelled "Tidied with AI".

Virtual staging
Adds furniture to an empty room, or swaps out old furniture. Pick one of 11 room types, from living room to bathroom or office, and a style: modern, Scandinavian, Japandi, luxury, Asian, industrial, minimalist or classic.
Or choose "Empty the room" to clear it out. We check the walls, windows and doors still match your photo, and redo it once if they don't. A "Virtually staged" or "Virtually emptied" label is added. Keep it on.
Use it when… the unit is empty or the furniture is dated.

Wide-angle room reveal
Pick 2 to 9 overlapping photos of the same room. We join them into one wide photo. Nothing is invented: the ragged edges are cropped off.
Stand in one spot and turn a little between shots, so each photo overlaps the next by about a third.

Only use it on photos you own or have the right to change. You tick a box to confirm this each time, and we check the photo first. We won't remove a portal's, photographer's or another agency's mark. Never remove another person's or portal's watermark.

Singapore rules
Show the real unit. Label every change.
Better photos are fine. Misleading photos are not. Here's what you need to know.
Important: advertising rules
- Photos must show the actual unit as it really is. Not a similar unit, and not the same unit in a different condition.
- Don't change photos in a way that misleads buyers.
- Staged, renovated or "makeover" images must be clearly labelled as illustrations, right next to the image.
- Every AI change adds a small label by default, like "Virtually staged" or "AI-edited photo". Keep it on.
- Label AI. On 25 February 2026, the Government told Parliament that agents should give sufficient disclaimers when AI was used to alter or enhance property images or videos. CEA has acted against agents who didn't. An AI label helps.
Your agency must check your ads under CEA's rules. Follow your agency's process before you post.
